When you think of Milan, Italy, you probably think of the Duomo di Milano, high end fashion, or even finance. But you probably don't think about the Generali CityLife district in the heart of the city, home to a beautiful green space, shopping, housing, and most notably the Tre Torri that tower over the skyline. To showcase the beautiful and simple architecture that the CityLife district is home to, I created an out of home campaign that combines the beauty of early art nouveau with the modern architecture of the Tre Torri.

Inhous

Design

Inhous

This is a brand identity for a fictional design agency called Inhous. The name is a play on words regarding designers working as a freelancer, with an agency, or working in house for a business. It's supposed to make people think that even though we're a separate entity we still collaborate and work with you just the same as if we weren't. Inhous is about collaboration, creativity, and harmony. Working as one to make the same goal happen.

That's Life.

This is a poster campaign designed to illustrate the circular nature of life. Inspired by Frank Sinatra, this design is a reminder that life has shades of Black, White, and everything in between, and it will lead you all over.

We weren’t built for screens. Sneakers weren’t built for shelves. Dirt, sun, real ground, that's where the story starts. Step out. Scuff them up. Live in them.

Daydream

Photography

Daydream

This is the first photo I had ever taken of the love of my life. We were stuck inside one day because it was raining very heavily outside and we decided to take a lazy day. I captured this photo late in the morning and the mood that I get from looking at this just takes me back to how amazing our first time meeting each other was. No other photo in my life will capture how beautiful this morning was for me.

In the Garage

Photography

In the Garage

This is from my friend's garage. I was messing around with a 50 mm camera lens, trying to learn it's capabilities and just get used to it. It's one of my favorite photos because it has this kickass mercedes in the foreground with my friend smoking a cigarette and chilling on the front bumper. It's a fun image and it captures a huge mood from my early adult years and just how unusual, fun, and exciting they were.

Solace

Everyone has at some point had trouble getting to sleep because there was just too much going on inside their head, and staying inside just keeps your thoughts locked in the room with you. I wanted to capture the feeling of relief and escape from that moment. The moment when you can just exist in the world and not have to think about anything else.

Running Out of Luck

Illustration

Running Out of Luck

This was my final project for my Freshman year Light, Color, and Design class at Pratt Institute. I was required to create a composition that dictated some kind of narrative. I was inspired a bit by Norman Rockwell's "Going and Coming." The title came from a song I had been listening to and some of the lyrics seemed to match up really well with the composition.

Self Portrait

This is a conceptual self portrait that combines typography and illustration. I found that dynamic fluid-like shapes to hold the same visual appeal that simple geomitric shapes have, while also adding some diversity to the composition. Because of that I really took it and ran with it for the typographic elements and the illustrated figure in the middle.

About Me.

I'm a designer specializing in visual communication (whatever that may be).

I know Swiss Design might feel played out, but I’ve found that the most effective way to communicate is through simplicity and clarity. Understanding what’s in front of you is essential to navigating the world, and, more importantly, navigating people. No other visual language achieves this quite as powerfully as minimalism. Using simple shapes, clean lines, thoughtful structure, and intentional design to create lasting visual experiences is what I’m all about.

At the core of this pursuit is honesty, an honest expression of thoughts, emotions, and ideas. There’s nothing more simple than the truth. That’s why I’m drawn to projects that challenge perception and disrupt routine; because when perspective shifts, the whole truth can be revealed, and that’s where real progress begins.
